The CONREAL web server uses vertebrate PWMs from JASPAR and TransFac 8.4 Pro databases. All matrices from JASPAR as well as PWMs from public part of TransFac (v.6.0) are freely accessible, while information on more recent TransFac entiries is available only to TransFac subscribers. The TRANSFAC database is free for users from non-profit organizations only. Users from commercial enterprises have to license the TRANSFAC databases and accompanying programs.
