Multiple Fasta format

In Fasta format first line begins with > followed by the sequence ID and optional description (note that the ID will be displayed in alignment). The nucleotide sequence itself starts from the second line and may containg spaces and numbers.
In Multiple Fasta format sequences in Fasta format are simply placed one after another. For example:
